Varuna Srinivasan is an MPH student at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and part of the team working on the implementation and execution of the international family planning conference in Kigali, Rwanda 2018. She is a physician from India, and completed her medical degree from Sri Ramaswamy Memorial in 2015. Prior to her time at Hopkins in 2016, She worked for Medécins Sans Frontiers as a medical doctor at a maternal and child health clinic in rural India. She has also worked with the American Red Cross in Chicago, Illinois as a First responder. ​
