Meagan has been working at PMA since 2018 and currently leads the project's survey operations team. She received a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she concentrated in sexual and reproductive health, and a Bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University. Meagan previously worked at Gynuity Health Projects, where she supported clinical research studies on postpartum hemorrhage and medical abortion.
